Miguel Godau is your NDP candidate for Kamloops—Thompson—Nicola.
Born and raised in Ashcroft, Miguel's education includes a BA in Religious Studies with a Major in Counselling, a MA in Counselling Psychology, and a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Supervision in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Beyond his professional work, Miguel has been an active community leader, serving on various boards in the arts, sports, and recreation sectors, and as a trustee in two public library systems.
His volunteer work has spanned a range of human services, from supporting seniors, supporting local youth initiatives, volunteering within a correctional facility, and food security programs.
As your MP, he will build stronger, healthier, and more equitable communities by tackling food insecurity, affordable housing, and equitable access to services.
